SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Class A - CDL Driver is responsible for driving trucks to assist in the transporting exterior and interior signage products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Inspect and ensure proper inventory levels and tools are maintained on the vehicle prior departure.
2. Receive, review and plan out routes based on deadlines, locations, traffic reports and weather conditions.
3. Confirm contents of each shipment load mates and manifest with documentation.
4. Drive trucks with low boy and gooseneck trailers following road safety guidelines and precautions.
5. Comply with DOT regulations, traffic laws and drive according to weather conditions.
6. Operate crane truck to complete task safely and effectively.
7. Load and unload truck safely and efficiently.
8. Organize and secure load into truck to avoid damage.
9. Pick up and deliver signage in a timely and safe manner.
10. Maintain and service vehicle as needed (fuel, change oil, tire pressure, repairs, etc.)
11. Track and report delivery logs and working hours.
12. Act as a field representative of our company to client and suppliers.
13. Other duties will be assigned, if necessary due to workload
