$80Bill Rate **13weeks** Day Shift 4 - 10's (6a -4p) 36 Hrs. Guaranteed REQUIRED : ACLS/BLS Experience: atleast 3 years, but will consider less Experience: circulating, monitoring, and familiarity with STEMI, high risk equipment,(Impella, IABP, Anari) PatientRatio: 3:1 ONCALL Requirements : 7- 9 per month with one weekend (able topick up more call if interested). 30 MINUTE response time to hospital forSTEMI call Your primary siteis Northwest Houghton, and there may be a scenario that youwill be floated to one of market facilities, (Oro Valley Hospital or Northwest Medical Center ) all within a 25 miles radius from your primary site. Ample time willbe provided with this change in location.
